1. Mechanical treatment.

The structure of the equipment is complex, there are many vulnerable parts, especially the blades and other parts are worn quickly, the maintenance time is much, the utilization rate is high, and the one-time investment is large.
2. Chemical treatment.
Acid or alkaline solution is mainly used for chemical reaction with oxide and oil on the surface of the workpiece to dissolve it in acid or alkaline solution, so as to achieve the purpose of removing rust and oil on the surface of the workpiece. Chemical treatment is suitable for cleaning sheet.
But this method also has disadvantages, that is, if the time control is not good, even if the inhibitor is added, the steel will be corroded. For the parts with complex structure and holes, it is difficult to completely remove the residual acid soaked in the cracks or holes after acid pickling. If not handled properly, it will become a potential corrosion hazard of parts in the future, and the chemicals are volatile and the cost is high. It is difficult to discharge chemicals after treatment. If not handled properly, it will cause serious pollution to the environment. With the progress of people's awareness of environmental protection, this treatment method is being replaced by mechanical treatment.
3. Manual treatment.
The rust and oxide scale on the surface of the workpiece can be removed manually by scraper, wire brush or grinding wheel, but the manual processing has high labor intensity, low production efficiency, poor quality and incomplete cleaning.
